FH UNS – Langkah konkret dalam memperkuat kolaborasi antarlembaga kembali diwujudkan oleh Fakultas Hukum Universitas Sebelas Maret (FH UNS). Pada Selasa, 29 Oktober 2025, Dekan Dr. Muhammad Rustamaji, S.H., M.H., Kaprodi Magister Ilmu Hukum, serta Ketua Bagian Hukum Administrasi Negara FH UNS melakukan audiensi ke Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia sebagai tindak lanjut dari Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) antara Universitas Sebelas Maret dan Kementerian Kesehatan RI.
Pertemuan ini menjadi ruang strategis untuk menyamakan persepsi dan merumuskan materi dalam Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) yang berlandaskan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bersama Fakultas Hukum UNS.
Rombongan FH UNS diterima dengan hangat oleh Ibu Anna Kurniati, SKM, MA, Ph.D., Direktur Penyediaan SDM Kesehatan, bersama Ibu dr. Dewi Indra, MKM, Bapak Danan Rizky Rifani, SE, serta tim dari Penyelenggaraan Beasiswa SDMK. Pertemuan ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam memperkuat koordinasi lintas sektor antara bidang hukum dan kesehatan, sekaligus menindaklanjuti kerja sama yang telah terjalin melalui MoU antara kedua institusi.
Komitmen pimpinan FH UNS dalam memperkuat jejaring kolaboratif lintas sektor tercermin dari partisipasi aktif jajaran pimpinan dalam audiensi ini, yang menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara bidang hukum dan kesehatan dalam mendukung tata kelola sumber daya manusia yang berkeadilan.
Kegiatan ini juga mendukung Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), khususnya poin 3 (Kehidupan Sehat dan Sejahtera) karena berfokus pada pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia kesehatan, serta poin 16 (Perdamaian, Keadilan, dan Kelembagaan yang Tangguh) karena menekankan tata kelola SDM kesehatan yang berkeadilan dan berintegritas.
Sebagai outcome, sinergi ini diharapkan menjadi pondasi kuat bagi pengembangan kerja sama lintas bidang antara dunia kesehatan dan hukum, demi terwujudnya tata kelola sumber daya manusia kesehatan yang profesional, berkeadilan, dan berlandaskan hukum.

UNS Faculty of Law Strengthens Synergy with the Indonesian Ministry of Health
FH UNS – The Faculty of Law , Sebelas Maret University ( FH UNS ) has once again taken concrete steps to strengthen inter-institutional collaboration. On Tuesday, October 29, 2025, Dean Dr. Muhammad Rustamaji, SH, MH, Head of the Master of Law Study Program, and Head of the Public Administrative Law Section of FH UNS, held an audience with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia as a follow-up to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Sebelas Maret University and the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
This meeting is a strategic space to align perceptions and formulate material in the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in the fields of education, research, and community service with the UNS Faculty of Law .
The UNS Faculty of Law delegation was warmly received by Ms. Anna Kurniati, SKM, MA, Ph.D., Director of Health Human Resources Provision, along with Dr. Dewi Indra, MKM, Mr. Danan Rizky Rifani, SE, and the team from the Human Resources Scholarship Implementation. This meeting was a strategic step in strengthening cross-sector coordination between the legal and health fields, while also following up on the collaboration that has been established through the MoU between the two institutions.
The commitment of the UNS Faculty of Law leadership to strengthening cross-sector collaborative networks was reflected in the active participation of the leadership team in this audience, which emphasized the importance of synergy between the legal and health sectors in supporting equitable human resource governance.
This activity also supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly point 3 (Healthy and Prosperous Lives) because it focuses on developing the capacity of health human resources, as well as point 16 (Peace, Justice, and Resilient Institutions) because it emphasizes the governance of health human resources that is just and has integrity.
As an outcome, this synergy is expected to become a strong foundation for the development of cross-sectoral cooperation between the health and legal sectors, in order to realize professional, equitable, and legally based human resource management in health.
