“Menggapai Karir Sebagai Notaris & PPAT : Panduan Inspiratif dan Inovatif Menuju Praktik Profesional Di Era Digital”
Selasa, 8 Juli 2025, Program Studi Magister Kenotariatan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Sebelas Maret (FH UNS) menyelenggarakan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum (Kemenkum) Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kota Surabaya. Kegiatan ini mengangkat tema “Menggapai Karir Sebagai Notaris & PPAT: Panduan Inspiratif dan Inovatif Menuju Praktik Profesional di Era Digital” dan berlangsung dari pukul 10.00 WIB hingga 14.00 WIB.
Kegiatan KKL tahun ini dikemas dalam bentuk seminar interaktif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada mahasiswa melalui pertemuan akademik bersama para narasumber yang berkompeten di bidang kenotariatan dan pertanahan. Melalui pemaparan materi, sesi tanya jawab, dan diskusi mendalam, para peserta—yang merupakan mahasiswa Magister Kenotariatan Universitas Sebelas Maret—diharapkan memperoleh wawasan praktis dan kontekstual mengenai profesi Notaris dan PPAT di tengah perkembangan teknologi informasi dan regulasi hukum yang dinamis.
Acara diawali dengan sambutan dari Ketua Program Studi Magister Kenotariatan FH UNS, Prof. Dr. Rahayu Subekti, S.H., M.Hum., CLA., yang dalam sambutannya menekankan pentingnya pembekalan wawasan praktis kepada mahasiswa sebagai bekal menuju profesionalisme di dunia kerja. Beliau juga menyampaikan harapan agar kegiatan ini mampu memperkuat jejaring antara dunia akademik dan institusi pemerintah yang membina profesi kenotariatan.
Sambutan berikutnya disampaikan oleh Kepala Divisi Pelayanan Hukum Kanwil Kemenkum Jawa Timur, Raden Fadjar Widjanarko, S.E., M.M., selaku tuan rumah sekaligus narasumber utama dalam seminar. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menyampaikan apresiasi dan sambutan hangat kepada seluruh dosen pendamping serta mahasiswa peserta KKL dari Magister Kenotariatan Universitas Sebelas Maret, serta menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi dalam mencetak calon notaris dan PPAT yang berintegritas dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.
Sesi pertama seminar menghadirkan Raden Fadjar Widjanarko, S.E., M.M. sebagai pembicara dengan topik “Problematika Pelaksanaan Jabatan Notaris di Jawa Timur.” Sesi ini dimoderatori oleh Ismawati Septianingsih, S.H., M.H., dosen perwakilan dari FH UNS. Dalam pemaparannya, narasumber mengulas struktur dan mekanisme pengawasan notaris, peran aktif Kemenkum dalam pengawasan jabatan notaris, serta menyajikan data pemeriksaan oleh Majelis Kehormatan Notaris Wilayah (MKNW) Jawa Timur selama periode 2023 hingga 2025.
Sesi kedua dilanjutkan dengan materi dari Gatot Triwaluyo, S.H., M.Kn., perwakilan pengurus daerah Surabaya dari Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) dan Ikatan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (IPPAT). Beliau membawakan topik seputar “Praktik Kenotariatan di Era Digital”, yang membahas transformasi digital dalam pelayanan kenotariatan, pendaftaran tanah secara elektronik, serta optimalisasi sistem pelayanan administrasi hukum melalui AHU Online. Sesi ini dimoderatori oleh Dr. Diana Tantri Cahyaningsih, S.H., M.Hum., M.Kn., dosen perwakilan dari FH UNS.
Melalui kegiatan ini, mahasiswa tidak hanya memperoleh pemahaman teoritis, tetapi juga perspektif praktis mengenai tantangan dan inovasi dalam profesi Notaris dan PPAT. Semoga kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan ini memberikan manfaat yang nyata bagi mahasiswa Magister Kenotariatan Universitas Sebelas Maret, baik dalam penguatan pengetahuan akademik maupun persiapan menghadapi praktik profesional di masa mendatang.

FIELD WORK LECTURE FOR STUDENTS OF THE MASTER OF NOTARY STUDY PROGRAM, FACULTY OF LAW, UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET 2025:
“Achieving a Career as a Notary & PPAT: An Inspiring and Innovative Guide to Professional Practice in the Digital Age”
On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, the Master of Notary Studies Program, Faculty of Law, Sebelas Maret University (FH UNS ) held a Field Work Lecture (KKL) at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law (Kemenkum) of East Java Province , Surabaya City. This activity carried the theme “Achieving a Career as a Notary & PPAT: An Inspirational and Innovative Guide to Professional Practice in the Digital Era” and took place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. WIB.
This year’s KKL program is packaged as an interactive seminar aimed at providing students with hands-on experience through academic meetings with competent speakers in the fields of notary and land affairs. Through presentations, question-and-answer sessions, and in-depth discussions, the participants—who are Master of Notary students from Sebelas Maret University —are expected to gain practical and contextual insights into the profession of Notary and Land Deed Official (PPAT) amidst the dynamic development of information technology and legal regulations.
The event began with remarks from the Head of the Master of Notary Studies Program at the Faculty of Law, UNS, Prof. Dr. Rahayu Subekti, SH, M.Hum., CLA. , who emphasized the importance of providing students with practical insights to prepare them for professionalism in the workplace. She also expressed her hope that this activity would strengthen the network between the academic world and government institutions that foster the notary profession.
The next remarks were delivered by the Head of the Legal Services Division of the East Java Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights , Raden Fadjar Widjanarko, SE, MM , as the host and main speaker at the seminar. In his remarks, he expressed his appreciation and warm welcome to all the accompanying lecturers and student participants of the KKL from the Master of Notary Program at Sebelas Maret University , and emphasized the importance of collaboration in producing prospective notaries and PPATs with integrity and adaptability to current developments.
The first session of the seminar featured Raden Fadjar Widjanarko, SE, MM as a speaker with the topic “Problems in Implementing Notary Positions in East Java.” This session was moderated by Ismawati Septianingsih, SH, MH , a representative lecturer from the Faculty of Law, UNS . In her presentation, the resource person reviewed the structure and mechanism of notary supervision, the active role of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in supervising notary positions, and presented examination data by the East Java Regional Notary Honorary Council (MKNW) for the period 2023 to 2025.

The second session continued with material from Gatot Triwaluyo, SH, M.Kn. , a representative of the Surabaya regional board of the Indonesian Notaries Association (INI) and the Association of Land Deed Officials (IPPAT). He presented the topic around “Notary Practice in the Digital Era” , which discussed digital transformation in notary services, electronic land registration, and optimization of the legal administration service system through AHU Online. This session was moderated by Dr. Diana Tantri Cahyaningsih, SH, M.Hum., M.Kn. , a representative lecturer from the Faculty of Law , UNS .
Through this activity, students gain not only theoretical understanding but also practical perspectives on the challenges and innovations in the notary and land office (PPAT) professions. Hopefully, this Field Work Lecture will provide tangible benefits for Sebelas Maret University’s Master of Notary students, both in strengthening their academic knowledge and preparing them for future professional practice.
