FH UNS– Kemitraan strategis antara Fakultas Hukum Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) dan Kejaksaan Negeri Klaten resmi terjalin melalui penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) yang berlangsung di kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Klaten pada 7 Juli 2025. Kerja sama ini menjadi langkah konkret dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan hukum sekaligus memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa.
Fokus utama dari perjanjian ini adalah program magang yang memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk terlibat langsung dalam aktivitas di lingkungan kejaksaan. Melalui program tersebut, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memahami lebih dalam proses penegakan hukum serta menerapkan pengetahuan akademik pada kasus-kasus nyata di lapangan.
Penandatanganan dilakukan oleh Dekan Fakultas Hukum UNS, Dr. Muhammad Rustamaji, S.H., M.H., dan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Klaten, Faisal Banu, S.H., M.Hum. Keduanya menyampaikan komitmen bersama untuk mendorong keberhasilan program ini dalam membentuk sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan profesional di bidang hukum.
Diharapkan kerja sama ini tidak hanya memberikan keterampilan praktis yang relevan, tetapi juga memperkaya pemahaman mahasiswa tentang peran dan fungsi kejaksaan dalam sistem peradilan. Langkah ini sekaligus menjadi wujud nyata sinergi antara institusi pendidikan tinggi dan lembaga penegak hukum dalam mencetak calon praktisi hukum yang berintegritas dan siap menjawab tantangan dunia profesional.

Collaboration between the Faculty of Law at UNS and the Klaten District Attorney’s Office: Preparing Students for the World of Practice
FH UNS – The strategic partnership between the Faculty of Law, Sebelas Maret University (UNS) and the Klaten District Attorney’s Office was officially established through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) which took place at the Klaten District Attorney’s office on July 7, 2025. This collaboration is a concrete step in supporting the improvement of the quality of legal education while providing practical experience for students.
The primary focus of this agreement is an internship program that provides students with the opportunity to directly participate in activities within the prosecutor’s office. Through this program, students are expected to gain a deeper understanding of law enforcement processes and apply academic knowledge to real-world cases.
The signing was carried out by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, UNS, Dr. Muhammad Rustamaji, SH, MH, and the Head of the Klaten District Attorney’s Office, Faisal Banu, SH, M.Hum. Both expressed their shared commitment to promoting the success of this program in developing superior and professional human resources in the legal field.
It is hoped that this collaboration will not only provide relevant practical skills but also enrich students’ understanding of the role and function of the prosecutor’s office in the justice system. This step also demonstrates the synergy between higher education institutions and law enforcement agencies in producing prospective legal practitioners with integrity and prepared to meet the challenges of the professional world.
